Resort Amenities:
The resort offers a large clubhouse, community pool, tennis, walking paths, biking paths, fitness center, and children's playground.

Vacation Home Amenities:
Our fully equipped kitchen includes all essentials such as utensils, pots, pans, a toaster, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, cooking range, and dishwasher. Enjoy outdoor dining with a table and chairs on the patio, perfect for meals by the pool. The spacious living and dining areas are ideal for family gatherings, and we provide towels and linens (excluding beach towels and personal washcloths), along with an iron and board. Stay comfortable year-round with central heating and air conditioning, and stay connected with cable television and free high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, free parking, and a telephone with free local calls.

Self-Catering:
Starter supplies such as dishwasher tabs, laundry tab, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom are provided. Guests are responsible for additional consumables like shampoo, laundry detergent, paper towels, extra trash bags, and spices.

We rented a beautiful home for 10 days at this beautiful gated resort. The campus was manicured and beautifully maintained. Within walking distance was a paved path that allows you to walk around the addition which includes a picnic and playground area that takes you around a beautiful lake.

What a wonderful place to vacation Several lovely vacation home rentals available. Many with a private pool in the backyard. If not, enjoy the large community pool and other fun things to do. Also, a great place to live with a 24/7 guarded gate. Very safe and close to theme parks.
