Conveniently located in Oak Island Harbor, Kissimmee, Florida. This gorgeous home is situated southwest of Orlando, close to U.S. HWY 192 and 429 toll-road, about 4-miles from the Animal Kingdom® entrance in the Walt Disney World Resort®.

This lake front Orlando Vacation Home comes fully equipped with everything you will need for the perfect Orlando Vacation. Featuring 4-bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, a King Master Suite with adjoining bath, walk-in shower, and garden tub singularly on the first floor. All other bedrooms are located upstairs including another king bed, a set of 2-twin beds in the third bedroom and another set of 2-Twin Bunk Beds and you’ll find a television set in every bedroom!

The welcoming living room has a new sofa and chair, a flat screen TV, Xbox, PS4 and a view of the pool and lake!

The spacious kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare healthy, home cooked meals including; pots, pans, dishes, glasses, appliances, coffee maker, microwave, cookware, utensils, etc.

The screened-in private pool and spa offers a gorgeous, relaxing Lake View, Table, Chairs and Loungers for Sunbathing. This luxury private pool will have child safety alarms on all doors leading to the pool area.

This Disney area rental home include bath towels, bed linens, full size washer and dryer, hair dryers in each bathroom, iron, ironing board, central air and heat, high speed internet with wireless capability and telephone service. DISCLAIMER: Pool depth 4-6 feet. Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

This was an excellent place to stay and surprisingly close to Disney. The backyard was perfect, as per the pics. Minor problems checking in as the door code and hot tub heat didn't work but all resolved the next day. I would stay here again!

Our families enjoyed our stay here for Thanksgiving week. The heated pool & spa were great. Everyone loved the game room. The entire house was very comfortable. One strange thing was water in hot tub would be half empty in morning but would be full my midday(?). The only negative thing was on Thanksgiving when we were preparing food, there was only 2 large pots and some fry pans to use to cook with on stove but we were able to make do with what we had.
Overall, this is one of the nicest places we have stayed in and would highly recommend it.

The only issue we had was when we arrived we had wrong code for the door keypad. It was quickly handled and we enjoyed our stay. House was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The game room was awesome! Don’t waste your time at hotels….book this property! We will be coming back!

It was a nice vibe. Spacious home and the arcade room was everything when we wasn’t out at the parks. Enjoyed my stay. Definitely would stay again. Just next time I would pay for pool heat warmers.

This place was the perfect family get away home nestled in Four Corners/Kissimmee area about 20mins to Disney with traffic and about 30mins to Universal with traffic. The house has four beautifully furnished bedrooms with three upstairs and Master Bedroom downstairs on the main floor with a nice size ensuite bath. The main floor is pretty much open concept with nice high ceiling providing lots of natural light. The game room is located in the attached garage with a mini split to provide heat or AC when needed and provide a comfortable location to play pool or watch TV and play games for the kids. The outside grounds are beautiful and located on a nice size pond that you can watch the sunsets and natural beauty of everything else around the pond. The swimming pool was beautiful and very clean. Had a small fountain that is also a great spot for the baby pool and an attached spa The pool was great for all day or evening swims with the beautiful view of the pond and sunsets! Great spot for Families or Friends and close to all parks and amenities.

The house itself is the nicest one I’ve stayed in in Orlando. Has a beachy feel to the whole house. The master bed downstairs is HUGE. The games room was good fun on an evening. I would definitely look at booking this house again.

We really enjoyed this home. It was well appointed and comfortable for our week long stay. The location was great, close to shopping, good restaurants and of course the theme parks. While I agree with some past reviews on the cleanliness overall it was pretty clean. We had one problem with the hottub but a call to property management had it taken care of same day. Loved the arcade room, the kids couldn't get enough of the pool and it was nice having a bathroom off the pool area. Another bonus was the large tvs. Only thing that we didn't love was the description stated the house had an Xbox, while it did it was ancient and none of the controllers worked. Overall we loved the house and plan to stay again during our next visit.

The house was clean and comfortable. Great outdoor space with the screened in pool. Big bonus was the location and the awesome game room. Would highly recommend.
