As you enter the guard-gated entrance, you'll be greeted with sculptures and water fountains that set the tone for the luxurious amenities that await you. Our picturesque landscape is dotted with palm trees, making it an ideal place for walking, jogging, or biking.

The resort is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort and 15-20 minutes from Universal Studios Florida® and SeaWorld® Orlando. If you're looking to hit the beach, Florida's famous beaches are just a short 45-minute drive away.

Our resort offers incredible amenities that cater to all your needs. From 24-hour guard-gated security to a sparkling heated community pool with a full-service bar, large clubhouse, arcade, cybercafé, and outdoor community hot tub - we've got you covered. We also have a sauna, steam room, fitness center, sand volleyball, tennis courts, children's playground, business center, and picnic area with barbecue facilities.

Our 5 bedroom, 4 bath vacation home has everything you need for a fun family vacation. The private screened-in pool, outdoor spa, and games room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen, free wireless high-speed internet, full-size washer/dryer, coffee maker, and microwave provide all the conveniences of home.

Your Orlando vacation rental offers a primary suite with a king-size bed and a private bath, two separate queen bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and bunk beds in the fifth bedroom with a twin bed and a full bed.

Please note that the pool depth is between 4-6 feet, and swimming in the lake is not allowed. Pool/spa heating is an additional fee.

EMERALD ISLAND RESORT - ACCESS CARD REQUIREMENT AND PARKING RULES
All guests are required to purchase a single access card, per car, upon arrival. The guard will direct you to the clubhouse to make the purchase. Non-refundable fee is $20 per car, including tax. Only cash or debit will be accepted for payment.

Recreational Vehicles, motor homes, boats, trailers, trailered smokers or grills, buses and campers cannot be parked on the Resort. A maximum number of vehicles, per home, permitted is 3.

The privacy bushes around the pool were a nice touch and the pool maintenance were very quick and efficient. The Management company was very helpful and kind any time we had to contact them with questions...none of which were problems with the property. My suitcase broke on the way in. When I called them to ask how to dispose of it, they were so kind to tell me to leave it at the house and they would take care of it for me!! I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely rent again myself. If I had to change anything it would be for the Welcome book to be updated to the new policies of the resort itself.

Looking at the pitures during the booking process I was worried that the actual place would not live up to expetations. I must say I was delighted that it was just described. My family loved it and since I was the one responsible for the booking, I was showered with praises for the great location would definately book again.

We spent 9 nights in this home and loved it. It was plenty of space for all of us and it's nice having a washer/dryer in the home. We had some glitches with the internet, but we got help immediately. Customer Service was incredible! One thing we weren't prepared for during our extremely late check-in (after 11pm due to a delayed flight) was needing to go to the Club House for a Resort Access Card that costs $20. The Club House was closed at that time and was closed prior to us leaving for Magic Kingdom. Would definitely stay here again or in other Elite Vacation Homes!

We totally enjoyed our family Christmas vacation in Florida. The rental was close to everything we needed but we did find that the kitchen lacked a few of the essentials. We ended up having to purchase a number of things to make our Christmas dinner
