This spacious home features all of the best comforts of home. After a long day at Orlandos Theme Park, you are sure to appreciate your own private pool and spa, or drive a short distance to several nearby restaurants.

Immaculate Orlando Vacation Home located in gated and manned 24 hours a day Lake Berkley Resort, Kissimmee, giving you optimum security and peace of mind. This private pool home features 5-comforting bedrooms and 3-bathrooms, private games room 2-private en-suite master bedrooms.

This spacious home features all of the comforts and conveniences of home with a few added surprises along the way. After a long day at Disney Parks, you will bask in the sun at the pool and spa, play a round of golf, drive to the nearby restaurants or visit one of the many nearby tourist attractions.

Lake Berkley is ideally located about 10-minutes from Walt Disney World resort, 15-20 minutes from Universal Orlando and close to all Orlando’s Attractions. Situated just off Highway 192, means that everything you need and more is within easy reach.

Amenities include; Living Room, Dining Room, Fully EquippedD Kitchen, All linen and towels provided, Cable TV and DVD, Free Wi-Fi High Speed Internet, Full size washer and dryer.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs,1 laundry tab, hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom before you arrive. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned along with, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, extra trash bags, salt/pepper etc. are the guest’s responsibility.

Living and Dining Area offer a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils including pots, pans, toaster, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, cooking range, dishwasher etc. Dining area plus a table and chairs on the patio for eating outside by the pool.

The pool and spa can be heated upon request and for an additional charge of $30 per night, plus tax. Unfortunately, we do NOT have a way of regulating heat for just the spa. The heating feature will heat both the pool and the spa, for this reason the spa will only be heated if the “Pool heating Fee” is added to your reservation. If purchased, pool heat must be confirmed prior to arrival and must be booked for the entire stay to avoid being charged extra for a trip fee. Pool heat will be set up to turn on in the morning and switch off late in the afternoon. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, and this cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. As such, your morning swim will likely be a bit chillier than in the late in the afternoon. At best ...the pool heater will warm water to 12 degrees above the air temp. Cool nights will inevitably result in colder pools the next day. Dramatic drops in temperature may also result in optimal temperatures not being reached. In these situations, beyond our control, neither the homeowner nor Elite Vacation Homes will be held liable for unfavorable pool temperatures.

Recreational amenities at the villa include an outdoor tennis court, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center.

We rented a beautiful home for 10 days at this beautiful gated resort. The campus was manicured and beautifully maintained. Within walking distance was a paved path that allows you to walk around the addition which includes a picnic and playground area that takes you around a beautiful lake.

What a wonderful place to vacation Several lovely vacation home rentals available. Many with a private pool in the backyard. If not, enjoy the large community pool and other fun things to do. Also, a great place to live with a 24/7 guarded gate. Very safe and close to theme parks.
