Gorgeous 6-Bedrooms, 4 ½ bathroom Resort Pool Home, just 3 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort! Located in the guard gated community of Emerald Island Resort, this nicely presented pool home has two master suites.
One on the 1st floor with direct access to the pool/spa area with a walk-in shower, separate garden tub, private toilet and tile flooring. The second master features a King size bed and is located on the second floor. The twin bedroom features a Mickey Mouse & Friends theme. There is a TV in every bedroom for this Orlando vacation home.
The loft area comes with a large desk with a desktop computer, high-speed internet access, and a sofa and TV for the children. The family room has leather sofas, a 65” wide screen TV and a nice view of the pool area. The large, screened-in swimming pool and heated spa has a covered lanai to cool off from the heat. It has tables and chairs for dining outside and sun loungers to relax in the warm Florida sunshine. The pool and spa also have a fiber optic rotating light system!
The game room features a pool table, pool sticks, Foosball, air hockey, pub table, chairs, TV, and stereo.
The large fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, dishes and glasses. The home has everything you'll need for the perfect Orlando Vacation including; central air and heat, bath towels, pool towels, bed linens, full size washer and dryer, hair dryers in each bathroom, pack-n-play portable crib, highchair, high speed internet with wireless capability, iron, ironing board and telephone service.
Conveniently located near Disney and stores including; Publix, Walmart, Target, Winn Dixie, Starbucks, Dunkin, many shopping plazas, Macaroni Grill, Charley’s Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, Pollo Tropical, On The Border, Wolfgang Puck’s, Bonefish Grill, Rain-forest Café, Outback Steak House, House of Blues, Kobe Steakhouse and TGI Fridays. There are several golf courses within a few miles. Two Mini Golf courses, a new flea market and shopping are nearby. There is also a hospital, drug stores and an urgent care clinic all within 5-10 minutes.
