Enjoyed our time at this location. Everything was clean, had plenty of towels, beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer and all other appliances worked just fine, Took advantage of the Pool and Hot Tub. Went to Disney parks, which at most were a 15 minute drive from this house. Quite neighborhood, plenty of stores and restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes drive. Definitely recommend staying here.

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa. The villa is easy to access, is in a good position overlooking the lake and is not really overlooked. The pool area was spotless and well maintained. The decor had been touched up in places but it remained to be very homely and well equipped. We did experience a problem with the TV / box, which was sorted quickly

This property is great. It's a ways in the gated community, so not much car traffic in the street. The backyard pool and hot tub area backs up to a dense tree filled area. So you have no neighbors behind you making it feel nice and private. We spent the extra money to heat the pool, it was so warm and the hot tub felt great too. We spent a lot of time out there, even with it being the last week of December, the weather was great! The house is nice. The ping pong table and pool table in the garage was a nice touch. We played a lot of games out there. For a family of 5, the 3 kids each got their own room which was great. Beds were all comfortable. The house had all the kitchen stuff you'd need, and everything was in good shape.

About the management company. We had 2 minor issues I needed to call about. Both were handled very promptly, so I think they did a great job.
Overall a great place to stay. The pictures show off exactly what you should expect from this place. We'd stay again if we ever need a place in the Orlando area.

Well what can I say that hasn't already been said, fantastic looking villa with a real homely feeling ,great sized bedrooms, great pool with beautiful views.
This was my first time in Florida and to find a great house close enough to the parks was spot on (but not to close) I'll definitely be returning to this villa...its a 5 rating from me.

Cumbrian Lakes is a lovely gated community, safe and well maintained. It is a great get-away from the usual villa communities that are close to Disney and well worth the few extra minutes drive. We found many places to eat on the 192 highway which was just five minutes drive. Shopping was very easy with Walmart close by. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa home and would happily return.
